Arguments are there whether AI is beneficial or threat to the human resource pillar in the economy, as human involve in economy activity is a key factor. Nevertheless, still technology can be used in HRM practices to prevent bias , inefficiency, mismanagement, and to reduce the cost. HRM should be evolved in parallel to the technology developments, otherwise sustain in labor market would be challenging.
